How to Enter:
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting http://www.LKK.com/Panda and completing a standard online registration form with your name, address (including ZIP code), phone number, and email address. To qualify, all entries must be completed and received by midnight (PST) March 15, 2009. Limit one entry per person/household or per person/email address.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Administrator and Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of or after (if applicable) this termination or suspension date. Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITITES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) people to the National Zoo in Washington D.C. The prize package includes: round trip-airfare for four (4) from the major commercial airport nearest the winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Washington D.C. Standard hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, 2 nights, one room (4 person occupancy). A Zoo Tour for the winner and guests, to include a visit to see the giant pandas and talk with a National Zoological Park representative. In addition, the winner will receive a gift basket of Lee Kum Kee^TM merchandise. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2009 or prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements for the winner will be determined by Sponsor (or its designee). All travel including air travel, Zoo tickets and hotel accommodations, are subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout periods and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel restrictions may apply. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. No extensions or exceptions shall apply or be available. Certain travel and security restrictions may apply and it is the responsibility of the grand prize winner and his or her companions to comply with all travel, security and other laws, regulations, airline passenger and hotel rules that apply to them. Winner and his/her guests will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein including, income taxes on the value of the prize, gratuities, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone, in-room services, tips and any other incidentals. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value. All decisions by Sponsor as to prize winners and prizes are final. The prize package has an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $4,900.

Terms & Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or in these Official Rules. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of their image by Lee Kum Kee^TM for any promotional or advertisting purposes.  Winner also agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, individually and collectively, vendors associated with the Sweepstakes, and the respective officers, directors and employees of each of these entities, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize awarded, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. This Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited.


Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received by the desiginated entry method, in a random drawing conducted on or about April 1, 2009 by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co. ("the Administrator") an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential winner, confirmation will be sent to winner in writing via USPS mail, or other home delivery service of Sponsor's choice.
